Owen's Baby Shower

Diaper Cake Center Piece

240 size 2 diapers 4 layers . My Fav of the whole party ;0)

Desert Table

Included , cake , cupcakes , banana pudding , whoppers , animal gummies , animal crackers with chocolate drizzled on them, mixed nuts , baby bananas for looks ;) and a pineapple.

Drink bar

Arnold Palmer , Lemonade , Fruit Tea , Mini cokes/diet coke, water .

Gift Table

Back drop was a quilt piece of Owen's nursery patter that I put on a canvas and framed with bamboo and silk leaves , friendly ally near by .

Entry table welcomed guest .

I asked each guest to fill our a card with a blessing for Owen that I will later put in the Giraffe scroll doll later . I read each blessing before the ending prayer.

Entry decor / gift for Owen.

Guest were told to take a party favor with them as they go . They consisted of mixed mini chocolate bars , Animal crackers / cookies , TicTacs , Hershey bars .

My friend Aimee made the cake and cupcakes per my instructions from ideas from Pinterst of course :0)

Diaper Wreaths make great decor for front door and gift that goes home with Mommy and Daddy.

Food table

We had Chicken salad crescent sandwiches , Chips and rotel with ground Turkey , Barbecue Meatballs , vegis , potato salad , Fruit and cheese , pickles and olives.

Cake was zebra inside .

Owen's Gender Reveal Party 12/12

Snow Babies was the inspiration.

I started with painting the babies on canvas.

The reveal party was in Dec so we went with Christmas decor . Half of the tree is in Pink items and then the other half Blue. Bubble wrap and snow balls made from cotton candy serve as the tree skirt. All the items were used as Party favors , snow flake ornaments , candycanes , Hershey bars , Snow baby ornaments ETC.

Close up of some of the items. The ornament is a plastic one that I used colorful sharpees to draw the face and color on the Hershey bar.

Large Bubble Wrap, tree skirt !

Cotton Candy Snow Balls and Hershey bars party favors!

Custom Tree topper! Wooden letters from Hobby Lobby , painted and stamped with snow flake stamp. I attached a wooden dowel and wired it to the tree .

Bubble Wrap Wreath for the front door. The bubble wrap was left over just sitting around . I thought it looked a lot like wire ribbon , but much cheaper and weather resisstant.

I have promised them no bubble wrap for the Baby Shower :O)

Food and Drink Table . The pink drink was easy to make but the blue took some work . Pink was Hawian Punch , ginger ale and powder lemonade. It was good , The blue ehh , We used the same but added Blue coolaid .

The Dad to be with his special Snow Baby drink cup . I used a dollar store sip cup , sharpee drew the face and made the hat out of dollar store baby planket , and hot glued it on . Made Mom to be one too!

Each guest was asked to record on the chalk board their choice in a name , mine was Blaze and Spark LOL . Dad to be is a firefighter LOL. Read the names aloud when the party got started . I also had baby pics of Mom and Dad to be for guest to view.
