Bubble Wand to Rain Stick

 

Preschoolers will love creating this Rain Stick Keepsake

 

Supplies Needed

• One Bubble Wand (Dollar Store)
• Rice
• Colorful Beads
• Glitter
• 3 Pipe Cleaners

Use all the bubbles up first for a great day of Bubble Fun !

Now it can become a Rain Stick .

1. Rinse out and let dry.
2. Take the 3 pipe cleaners and braid , then curve into ongoing S pattern , place inside the wand.
3. Break off the bubble blowing stick.
4. Pour about 2 table spoons of uncooked rice.
5. Drop in about 10 colorful beads.
6. Sprinkle in your favorite color of glitter.
7. Screw the top on tight .
8. Now make it rain or just make some music !

Great to use for Music or story telling time > Noah's Ark

Perfect for the Preschooler's small hands , Always use caution and  make sure they can't get it open !
